Here’s a news flash for listing agents or homeowners tempted to skimp on photography:

Don’t.

Those shots are prospective Buyers’ first impression of the home, and — if they’re not sufficiently impressive — their last.

Doubters should check out the “Before” (below right) and “After” (top) photos of this spectacular Owner’s Suite, set in the Rocky Mountains.

Hard to believe it’s the same room, huh?

The photos are courtesy of Denver-based “Virtuance,” now expanding to the Twin Cities.

The company gave a presentation to Edina Realty – City Lakes earlier this week.

P.S.:  Photography cost ranges from $100 to more than $800 for super-sized, estate-style homes with drone photos, at-dusk shots, etc.
