Too Many Showings?

Far be it from me to tell anyone who to vote for.

But, let me suggest borrowing a criterion from the world of residential real estate to pick the next President (or major party nominee).

Letting Buyers Off the Hook

When I work with Buyers who remain lukewarm about a home even after multiple showings, I encourage them to move on:  you don’t have to love a home to buy it, but residual, deep-seated ambivalence is usually a sign you haven’t found the right one yet.

Ditto for leaders.

My 2¢ . . .

P.S.: At the other extreme, I also distrust “love at first sight” and other emotional decisions:  sooner or later (but usually sooner), the spell lifts and reality — and the inevitable Buyer’s remorse — sets in.

Again, speaking strictly from my experience as a Buyer’s agent . . .   🙂
