I’ve certainly heard of a man cave.
But, I couldn’t tell exactly what I was looking at in the photo above, except that it: a) appeared to be outside — specifically, above the deck; and b) seemed very large.
Fortunately, photo #2 (below) resolved things: it’s the underside of a second deck built off an upper level Bedroom.
As a listing agent, I might have simply gone with photo #2 . . .
