There’s certainly nothing wrong or unusual about Realtors sending out “blast emails” marketing their latest listing.

shhhAs the recipient of dozens (hundreds?) of those a week, though, it does get a little annoying — especially when the property being touted is literally another time zone (or two) away.

However, it’s seldom that the headline on the email confides that the so-marketed home is “a quiet offering.”

Got it — I promise I won’t tell anyone.   🙂

P.S.:  In a Seller’s market, most Sellers are best-served by having their property exposed to the broadest number of potential Buyers — that is, by listing on the open market.
