Broker Open Pitch:  “Drawing for Two $25 Gas Cards”

With the hosting agent promising two gas $25 cards, and only five agents (including myself) through so far, I was very much liking my chances at the Broker Open near Cedar Lake yesterday.

gas cardThen, two (very) full cars of City Lakes agents pulled up just as I was leaving.

On the way out, I couldn’t resist teasing my colleagues for wrecking my odds (from two-in-five, or 40%, to . . . a lot worse).

P.S.: For the record, the gas card drawing was not what got me to the open; I’ve got an upcoming listing nearby, and needed to check out the competition.

Or not — hopefully, the house on Tour will be sold before then.
