More_than_2_stories

You seldom see “More Than Two Stories” as a style on MLS; a quick search showed that less than 3% of all active MLS listings right now have that designation.

More_Than2It’s further the case that when you do see “More Than Two Stories,” the additional increment is usually underwhelming, like .25 or .50 (both associated with low overhead).

So, it’s nice to report that this newly-listed single family home in Minneapolis’ Wedge neighborhood is the real thing.

The proof?

Not just the exterior photo (showing a very tall structure), but the stats for the 3rd Level Bedroom (under “Structure Information” on MLS), as well as the accompanying 3rd Bedroom photo on MLS (above).

P.S.:  By far the most common housing styles in the Upper Midwest:  two-stories and ramblers (called “ranches” elsewhere).
