Housing Market Equivalent to “Best Supporting Actor” (in a Non-Musical Production??)

First, a caveat:  while I do rely on colleagues to backstop me when I’m out-of-town or under-the-weather, I do tony awardNOT have a full-time assistant.

That said, it seems like an oversight — in the spirit of the Tony’s, Oscars, etc. — not to explicitly identify and acknowledge the dozens (hundreds?) of supremely capable, behind-the-scenes assistants supporting some of the most successful Twin Cities agents.

Their bosses may not want to share the limelight, but other agents know who they are . . .

P.S.:  One of the highest compliments an assistant can get is when other Realtors ask if they’re available to help them (protocol is to first check with the agent they primarily work for, assuming they’re not full-time).
