The Easiest — and Hardest — Way to Get a Listing

Realtors get listings any number of ways:

–They’re best friends with the owner.

–They go to the same church or synagogue (or mosque, or . . . )

–They started chatting about real estate with the owner in line at the grocery.

Track Record

But the best way to get a listing?

You sold their neighbor’s house, the house across the street, the house down the block — and so, and so on.

Honorable mention:  your listing presentation knocked their socks off, and your references — all 14 of them — raved about you.
