Thanks to Covid-19, all of my friends are literally “fair-weather friends” now.

As in, the only time I can get together with them — typically for an outdoors lunch — is when the local weather is fair.

Lucky for the Twin Cities, the next stretch of weather looks glorious: sunny with highs in the 60’s and even a 70° in the forecast.

That’s especially appreciated given the time of year — early November qualifies as “late Fall” in the Upper Midwest — and the very early bout of Winter here scarcely two weeks ago . . .
