There’s Never Just One Cockroach Buzz Word

To know exactly what Lenny Kravitz means by a “highly curated” home . . . I’d first have to know what a “curated” home is (I don’t).

Here’s guessing said residences — in a development called “75 Kenmare,” in Manhattan’s super-trendy NoLita neighborhood — include at least a few one-of-a-kind artisanal items, no doubt inspired and constructed by visionary craftsmen, working with only the finest materials including Italian marble, repurposed wood, etc., etc.

Personally, I’ll take a sturdy, no-frills 1950’s Midwest rambler any day — or ten(!) of them, for the same price (600 square foot studios in Kravitz’s development reportedly start at $1.5M).
