“You Know What They Meant” Dept.
If a person (presumably a woman) can be well-accessorized, can a new condo building — in this case, a 34-story Denver tower called “The Confluence” — be well-amenitized?
At least according to the builder, yes:
“We’re looking for people who want to live in a highly amenitized building with tremendous views, close to all the action and an ultraluxury lifestyle.”
–Roger Gregory, President of PMRG Investments, a unit of PM Realty Group; “Mile High Rents Put Denver in Big-Time Company” — The WSJ (12/30/14).
Here’s hoping “amenitized” doesn’t catch on . . . .
P.S.: maybe we can all agree to euthanize the term before that happens.
Before it morphs into worse versions, like “amenitization.” 🙂
