Star Trib: “Up to 10 Inches of Snow Expected in Twin Cities by Tonight”
With snow still falling, and well over 6″ (original forecast) already on the ground, my guess is that lots of Twin Cities open houses and showings today are going to be scrubbed.
Or at least delayed, like two of mine.
That’s especially so in outlying areas, where access is more dependent on shoveling and plowing.
Next up, once the storm’s past: deploying photographers, to update suddenly stale Fall photos (I received two marketing emails from local photographers just this am).
P.S.: For moved-out homeowners of vacant homes, whose regular service may or may not have showed up today, there’s apparently an Uber-like company called Plowz.com for short-notice shoveling.
