Not That There’s Anything Wrong With That  . . . (on the contrary)

Wanna guess what the phrase, “well-cared home ready for a new owner” invariably means?

A. Everything in the house is in working condition.
B. The owner’s lived in the home for decades.
C. The home is hopelessly dated.

Correct answer:  all of the above.

“Realtor-speak” aside, such homes are often terrific opportunities for Buyers.

That’s especially true when the home in question is:  1) well-built (has the proverbial “good bones”); 2) in a (very) good location; and 3) the price is discounted to reflect updating needs.

All three apply in the case of the “well-cared for” Edina home cited above, that just came on the market over the weekend.

P.S.: Bonus question — are there any “For Sale” homes out there that aren’t “ready for a new owner??”
