“Spectacular Estate on Nearly 4 Acres”

No, boom shots — aerial shots if they’re taken from a plane (drone??) — aren’t cheap.

But, neither are the homes they’re marketing.

Which is kind of the point.

Instead of merely telling prospective Buyers that this 7 BR/8 Bath home (above) sits on nearly four acres, the photo quite nicely shows it.

List price:  $2.995 million.

By comparison, the more subtle boom shot (below) is for an Edina home listed at $995k.
