Misleading Marketing
Judging by the photo (above), the far end of the porch looks like it’s practically in another zip code.
It’s not.
According to MLS, the porch measures a rather modest 14′ x 4.’
Hmmm . . . I wonder how the photographer made it look so big (actually, I don’t).
