Quality > Quantity Exposure, or
“Location, Location, Location”

After lots of proofs and tweaking, my new bus bench sign is in place at the end of Cedar Lake Road in St. Louis Park (if you can’t read the inscription below my name, it says “5-time Super Real Estate Agent!”).

On the assumption that few readers of this blog are going to venture that way, I’m showing it off online.

Repeat Traffic.  Literally

In general, Realtors and other bus bench advertisers seek out busier roads.

However, what’s magic about this (cul-de-sac) location is all the daily repeat traffic, traveling v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y past my sign.

In fact, the location is so desirable that I asked the bus bench company to petition the City of St. Louis Park for permission to install a bench there back in 2008 (there hadn’t been one previously).

It took about six months, but the City finally agreed, and “my” bench has been there ever since.
