“Wait Till Next Year?”  (10 Days From Now)

Tic tac toe?

Try, my success rate getting confirmed showings in Minnetonka so far this week.

Normally, two hours advance notice — at least for properties that don’t have renters — is enough.

This time of year, though, you never know.

So, on Monday, only 3 out of 5 homes I wanted to show later in the day OK’d the request — and one subsequently changed their mind.

Today, four out five said “yes,” then one cancelled later.

Chalk it up to holiday parties (and prep for same), out-of-town guests, and — in at least one case, per the listing agent — cumulative Seller showing fatigue.
