Attention to Detail: Exhibit A
I’ve probably seen 10,000 photos of Living Room fireplaces.
However, this is the first one I can recall that actually had a fire going (or was made to look that way, digitally).
Great touch!
The property that goes with the photo is 5252 Drew Ave. South in South Minneapolis’ Fulton neighborhood; the listing agent is Pamela Kretschmar, in Edina Realty’s Parkway office.
P.S.: The vast majority of MLS photographs are taken during daylight, with the owners gone, so it’s not something that photographers normally do.
