Good Job, Young Man!

Edina Realty’s City Lakes, 50th & France, and Maple Grove offices all have new office managers as of this morning.

Per Edina Realty President Barb Jandric, the headliner at this morning’s meeting, City Lakes’ Matt Loskota heads to 50th & France; Jennifer Cutter is the new City Lakes Manager; and Andrew Olive moves from 50th & mattFrance to Maple Grove.

To quote one of Matt’s favorite (and oft-heard) lines, “Good job, young man!”

Almost three years ago, Matt took over the reins of the newly reconstituted City Lakes office, and melded it into a rising star whose sales numbers have only moved one direction:  up.

One can only guess what he’ll accomplish at the powerhouse (and stunning new) 50th & France location.

Congrats, Matt!

P.S.:  if you’re a City Lakes client, and especially happy with the deal you got buying or selling your home the last few years, you’ve likely got Matt to thank, at least in part.

While you were strategizing with your Edina Realty agent, it’s a good bet that, behind the scenes, your agent was strategizing with Matt — one of the best negotiators (and nicest all-around guys) I’ve met in the business.
