Belated Happy 4th of July!

I don’t believe that this photo was actually on MLS before July 4 — I just noticed it over the weekend.

And, I don’t know whether that flag/carpet — in front of a $1.315 million “for sale” home near Minneapolis’ Cedar Lake — is real or virtual.

But, it’s certainly eye-catching!
