Combine a bigger house (say, over 3,000 square feet) and 20 — or 50(!) — photos just emailed to you by your ace, professional photographer, and it’s not unusual for a Realtor just getting up-and-running on a new listing to be temporarily stumped by what they’re looking at.
Like I was yesterday.
Wrong Wall
So, I recalled from my notes that my client’s home has four Bathrooms.
However, I was convinced that the Master Bath window was on the right — not left — side of the room (picture above).
Perplexed, I ran over to the house to take a look.
Sure enough, I was right: the window is on the left side.
What I was looking at in the photo was the reflection of the window in the bathroom mirror, above the sink on the right wall.
Take another look.
See it now?? 🙂
