So, exactly what does the listing agent — Sandal Hart in Edina Realty-City Lakes’ office — mean by “roommate layout?”
The “Agent Remarks” section on MLS explains: “TWO large master suites, both with walk-in closets and private full bathrooms (unique “roommate” design).”
NOW I get it.
And Sandal is correct: it IS hard to find a townhome with such a (nice) feature.
The list price is $195,000; the townhome just came on the market Tuesday (1/3/17).
