Target Market:  Baby Boomers Who Want to Age in Place

The term “life cycle build” is new, but the concept isn’t:  a new construction home that’s versatile enough to accommodate the (invariably life cycleBaby Boomer) owner’s various life stages.

Typical features include:

Two owner’s suites, one on the main floor and the second on the upper level;
–One laundry per floor;
–Spare bedroom(s) that can be repurposed as home offices or exercise rooms as the family’s needs change;
–Big enough to accommodate raising a couple kids, but small enough for empty nesters to inhabit;
–Low maintenance and energy-efficient;
–High tech; easy to monitor remotely when the owner’s out-of-town.

Individual features vary depending on the owner’s wants and needs (and budget!).
