1772Make That, 25(!) Showings

When you think of homes that are the subject of bidding wars (multiple offers), what comes to mind?

Gorgeous homes in mint condition with stunning curb appeal, right?

Sometimes.

But, just as often, homes that attract multiple offers are relatively unassuming — they’re just priced and marketed (very) well, located in high-demand neighborhoods popular with first-time Buyers . . and show great, both online and in person (of course).

Case Study:  1772 37th Ave. North

A terrific example of that would be 1772 37th Ave. North in Minneapolis’ Waite Park neighborhood.

The 3 BR/2 Bath home, listed by Chris Fehring in the Edina Realty – City Lakes office for $185,000, just sold in less than a week, after getting 19 showings and three offers.

According to Chris, the true number of showings was actually 25 — six showing requests were declined once the Seller accepted an offer.

Congrats!

(Note:  The Inspection Addendum addresses whether or not the Seller may continue to show the home once it’s under contract.)
