Scrambling to Get Ready for a Sunday Open House

If you’re a Realtor who doesn’t need something printed, last-minute, for your Sunday open house, noon is a terrible time to try to get high noonsomething done at the typical residential real estate office.

Why’s that?

Because all the harried Realtors who do (need last-minute marketing materials) are monopolizing the printers, copiers, etc. — and creating a general hubbub (very distracting).

Which is why a much better time to get caught up on paperwork at the office is either Sunday morning (before 10 a.m.) or Sunday evening.

Meanwhile, if you are getting ready for a Sunday open, the best time to print your material is Friday afternoon (at the latest).

That’s because if something breaks . . . the OA (“Office Administrator”) is still around to fix it.
