“How’s the Market?”  Which Market??

If you were under the impression that Downtown Minneapolis was all just one big, residential real estate market, think again.

In fact, local agents regard it as five different sub-markets:  1) North Loop; 2) Mill District; 3) Northeast (across the Mississippi from downtown); 4) Loring Park (southwest of downtown); and 5) Elliott Park  (southeast of downtown).

Thanks to ace Edina Realty agent Fritz Kroll for that insight (from yesterday’s Exceptional Properties meeting at 404 River St, with terrific views of the river).
