Conventional wisdom is that the Spring market in the Twin Cities officially kicks off after the Super Bowl, or the first Winter thaw post-Holidays — whichever comes first.

Which means that eager Spring Sellers are smart to list  . . . before then, ahead of their competition.

Reason #2 to get the jump on the new season:  the Buyers who are out looking first are the most eager, too.
