“Sell What You Have” Dept.

The lead photo for this “For Sale” Minnetonka home certainly looks like a garage — but if so, where’s the access?

Puzzler #2:  is the listing agent really using the lead photo to show off the garage?  (Note:  it’s customary to use the first photo to show the home’s front, and the remaining 17 MLS shots to show off the Kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, etc.)

Answer:  yup, it’s a garage — apparently, the home’s key sales feature is its six parking stalls.

And no idea what the exterior of the home looks like; the agent didn’t include a photo of that.

P.S.:  Sometimes, a home’s six parking stalls really is its strongest feature.

But, at least in my opinion, it’s still better to give prospective Buyers a view of the home’s exterior, including curb appeal (or lack thereof).
