Question #2: ‘Do They Come With the House?’
I’ve probably seen more than 50,000 exterior home shots (photos) on MLS in my decade selling real estate.
But, I don’t believe I’ve previously seen one with people in it.
Lots and lots of people.
Looks like the Seller was having a party.
Or, maybe the Seller is just imagining all the people coming through their (Summer-time) open house.
P.S.: And no, the “Public Remarks” field on MLS doesn’t say “great for entertaining.”
