Once the deal has been struck and the Inspection Contingency removed, to make sure that all the remaining hurdles and hiccups* that can derail a deal . . . don’t.

*Such as:  municipal inspection snags; appraisal issues; change(s) in property condition (read, “ice dams” this year); Written Statement delays, etc., etc.
