And it’s doubtful that any resulting sales discount will be more than what the owner would have otherwise spent on replacements.
In fact, the home will appear bigger and lighter without them!
P.S.: the new owner will have to buy some temporary, privacy coverings once they take possession, then decide how much to invest in new window treatments.
