Not Waiting for the Weather

There are two situations I can think brownof where “digitally” adding green grass to an otherwise brown front yard makes sense:  1) early Spring, after the snow has melted but before lawns have “greened up”; and 2) new construction, where earth-moving equipment has trampled the yard, and the developer has greenyet to put everything back together.

As you can see from these “before” and “after” shots . . . the difference can be dramatic!

P.S.:  Another popular technique:  digitally substituting a blue sky for an overcast one.
