Professional vs. DIY
Want a sure, umm . . . sign that Spring has finally arrived in the Twin Cities?
The temps have warmed enough that the ground is finally thawing — and long frozen-in-place “For Sale” signs are listing, Tower of Pisa-like, towards the ground.
The solution?
For the listing agent (representing the Seller) to place a “sign repair” request with Continental Post, the Twin Cities company that installs all the local signs.
Given the backlog this time of year, however, a piece of wood or wedge-shaped rock, a hammer, and a couple good “thwacks” accomplish the same thing, at least for a few days (that’s my very-not-green thumb wielding a hammer in the top photo).
