No, the magazine’s 2017 selections haven’t officially been announced yet (traditionally, they appear in the November issue — “due on newsstands now,” as they say).

But, unlike the Oscars, there’s not much drama — or suspense — associated with each year’s selections.

That’s because honorees are notified by the magazine months earlier, at the same time they’re encouraged to license and otherwise market the award.

Spoiler alert:  I’m happy to report I made the list for the 10th(!) straight year — something fewer than 50 or so Twin Cities agents (out of more than 10,000) can claim.
