Above vs. Below the Water Prep

I just finished speaking to another agent regarding a Minnetonka pre-list, that’s due to come on the market later this week (I’ve got a Buyer client who has strong interest).

Based on everything the other agent told me, the home is:  a) (very) well-priced; b) shows great; and c) as a direct result of “a” and “b,” likely to sell soon after coming on the market.

The listing agent also said that he’s been working closely with the long-time owner, a good friend, for over eight months(!) getting the home ready for sale.

In the event that the home does in fact sell soon after debuting on the market, what do you suppose the one comment the listing agent can look forward to hearing?

Give up?

Some variation of, “THAT sure went fast!,” “THAT was easy!” and the like.

Been there, done that . . .

P.S.:  Likely comment #2?  “Why’d you price so low??”
