Al Fresco Dining & Drinking . . . in the 40’s°

People in the U.S. Southwest — when the mercury hits 110° (or some such) in the Summer — will protest, “But, it’s a dry heat.”

open_barSimilarly, when the sun is out and temp’s in the Twin Cities finally lurch above 40° (local high yesterday:  43°), the locals know that it feels balmy.

Especially just days after it was below zero.
