I’m convinced that a pretty good, workaday attitude for Realtors — or at least one that lots of veteran agents will relate to — is akin to Forrest Gump’s philosophy of life: “life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.”
Just substitute “deals” for “life”. . . . .
