Winter Fall Wonderland(?!?)

If you live in the Twin Cities, you hardly need to be told.

winterIf you don’t — and you’ve been watching the news — you already know:

The winter of 2014 – 2015 just arrived with a bang (although the national news coverage made the storm look worse than it actually was, at least in Minneapolis – St. Paul; it was worse further north).

Buyer, Seller (& Realtor!) Adjustments

Notwithstanding the new snow and frigid temp’s, I’m aware of at least one Fern Hill new listing that held a very well attended open house last night, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (congrats to Edina Realty’s Joseph Arcand).

If this year is like every other, the transition to Winter will temporarily slow down activity while everyone learns how to drive again, locate their winter boots, etc.

But, within a week or so, things will be back to normal.

P.S.:  A whole lot of Twin Cities listing agents now officially need to update their exterior photos.
