Top 1% of North America Realtors

I confess:  I regard (at least some) sales awards the way I do compliments:  you wonder what the ulterior motive is.

In the case of sales honors, they’re often quickly followed by a solicitation to market said award, either by licensing it, advertising it*, or sometimes literally just framing it (seriously).

All for a hefty fee.

Not-So-Hidden Agenda

With that as prelude, I’m happy to report that I was one of about 10 agents in the Edina Realty-City Lakes office to be recognized earlier this week by The Realty Alliance — an honor that truly comes with no strings attached.

Recipients rank in the top 1 percent of all residential real estate sales professionals in North America.

Period.

Unknown to me beforehand (I had to check), Realty Alliance is a network of North America’s Elite Residential Real Estate Brokers, which includes Edina Realty and its parent company, Home Services of America.

*I suppose this post qualifies as advertising the award.  🙂
