“Wait . . . Where??”

Much as I like the clever name, I imagine that The Neighborhood Cafe inspires at least a little confusion — at least amongst people who don’t already know it.

It obviously isn’t a big problem for the St. Paul diner, just east of Snelling and Marshall; when I drove past this morning, it was clearly packed.

P.S.:  I’ve yet to write it, but I already have a working title for my first real estate book:  ‘The Book on Real Estate.’

That way, I can boast that I “wrote ‘The Book on Real Estate.'”
