Not All Photos Are Created Equal

First, this caveat:  it’s VERY expensive to do — and therefore is only warranted for more expensive listings.

But, especially when a property has lots of windows showcasing stunning views, it makes sense to take high-resolution photos, and digitally enhance the exterior (for better contrast).

The two photos (above) are courtesy of VHT, one of my favorite photography vendors; at least to this observer, the view appears to be a north-facing shot of the Chicago skyline and waterfront, taken from a 70th(?) floor condo.
