Tight Twin Cities Housing Inventory Gets Even Tighter
The latest weekly downtick in Twin Cities housing sales is almost
completely explained by the ongoing dearth of new listings (there are now fewer than 12,000 units for sale in the the 13-county metro area).
With less inventory entering the pipeline, less is predictably exiting the other end.
