Location, Location, Location; or, “Ringside Seat”

You might guess that a home with an eagle’s nest across the street would be in the middle of nowhere.

Unh-unh.

In this case, “across the street” would be the Mississippi River, less than 2 miles southeast of the University of Minnesota and Downtown Minneapolis, and about six miles west of Downtown St. Paul.

The 1918 home has 5 BR/4 Baths; a new, 3-car garage; and 4,500 finished square feet — all on an unusually deep (234′), .41 acre lot.

The asking price just dropped $75k(!), to $875,000, today.

eaglenest2P.S.:  Usually, the first thing you notice when there’s an eagle flying near the Lakes or Mississippi River isn’t the eagle — it’s the crowd of people watching it.
