So THAT’S Why They Call it “Sunset Boulevard”

Truth be told, this shot (taken at dusk last night) was taken closer to Minnetonka Blvd. and Highway 7, where the view of the horizon was more open.

Just goes to show that you don’t need mountains or an ocean in the foreground for a dramatic sunset shot.

P.S.:  the old adage, “red sky at morning, sailor take warning, red sky at night, sailor delight,” was true to form:  the weather today in the Twin Cities is a brilliant, low humidity high ’80’s°.
