When It Won’t Work to Put Chocolate Chip Cookies in the Oven
Kudos to Edina Realty colleague Eric Schiller, who hosted what was — at least to my knowledge — the first Sunday open house for a vacant lot, at 4032 Wayzata Blvd. in Golden Valley’s South Tyrol neighborhood.
Here is Eric’s report:
“I had 15 groups/people stop by. Many from the neighborhood and a couple agents. Everyone liked the fact I was holding the lot open. Lots of opportunity to chat with people and prospective buyers. Plus, it felt fantastic to be outside!”
