If you look closely at the photo above, you’ll see that that’s a DOG(!) sitting in the basket behind the rider on the moped.
Wearing goggles (just like its owner).
As the motorist alongside them, traveling upwards of 35 mph (when not stopped at a light) . . . it seems like what that dog really needs is a seatbelt.
