Not to Be Confused With Eating on the Run

OK, so I’m not a dietician or nutritionist, and don’t have a speck of data to back me up.

And gourmands would be appalled by what I’m about to suggest.

But, here goes anyway:

Maybe one of the factors in America’s obesity epidemic isn’t just what people eat, or how much — but where.

Specifically, sitting down in front of the TV.

So, here’s novel thought:  eat standing up (think of it as the “no TV dinner”). 

No, you won’t enjoy your food as much — but maybe that’s the point.

P.S.:  A close second problem to “where” people eat:  “when,” as in late at night.
