Consider This a Little Big Sign
With the usual number of homes temporarily taken off the market over the holidays, plus “For Sale” homes that simply expire without selling (something like one-third of all listed homes), a home’s status this time of year can be a question mark.
So, here’s a BIG hint: if there’s a large post in the front yard, minus the rider(s) . . . it’s coming back on the market!
P.S.: a “rider” is a sign that hangs from the main post, showing the name of the Broker, Realtor, etc.
My favorite (non-real estate) sign: a billboard outside of Pittsburgh for a local synagogue, with this eye-catching message: “Consider This a Sign From God!”
