NYT Columnist (and former St. Louis Park ECHO staffer) Tom Friedman has a nice Op-Ed in the Sunday Times discussing the drag that underwater homeowners present for the economy.

Unfortunately, while his diagnosis is spot-on, he doesn’t offer a prescription.
