Be Careful What You Shine a Spotlight On

Yes, I think it was a good idea to call attention to the “heated playroom/workshop down the hall.”

And yes, I’m aware that heating a basement playroom (underneath the garage) can be exorbitantly expensive in winter.

However, if you tout a room as “heated” that’s actually about 50 degrees during showings . . . . at the very least, you’re going to invite some Buyer skepticism (instead, I might have put up a conspicuous “Home Highlights” sign over the baseboard heater).
